Now our annual production capacity reaches more than 500millions pieces  including open type blind rivets, close-end type blind rivets, peel type blind rivets, grooved type blind rivet and high strength structural rivets, rapid rivets,  rivet nuts, self drilling screws, expansion bolt in various  material (Aluminum, Steel, Stainless steel, Copper ,ETC ),  in which 200 millions are high tension structural rivets. We have an inspection center which is equipped with projectors, computer tension  ,durometer, mirror analyzer , and we have complete quality system for supplier auditing and evaluation ,and raw material inspection, manufacturing process control and output control to guarantee our products in spec. Based on TS16949 management system, we can provide IF114, DIN7337, ISO15977, 15979,15983,15973, AVDEL standards and specific customized product.
